The majority of this consultancy role; focused as a leader for the C.O. Bigelow brand, expertly managed creative and worked daily with a team of creatives, leadership team, merchants, store associates, store operations team, store planning, real estate team, vendors and agencies to orchestrate dynamic multi-channel and emerging channel creative strategies across eight distinct free-standing retail locations.
Each of the eight unique C.O. Bigelow locations, boasted a distinctive brand assortment and environment, embodying the charming essence of a neighborhood apothecary. Our innovative approach, coupled with curated expert advice, curated marketing and campaigns to promote the brand favorites, and globally sourced indie brands—breathed life into each store, transforming them into captivating individual destinations that left a lasting impression.
